A Teddybear In Time

Classes began today mo~~~u（＞＜）
Last night, I got home from work at 23:30 & stayed up answering aichan`s e-mails until 1:30 . . .
Apparently, aichan & her mother want to move back to Japan because they feel discriminated against because English is their second language. So, aichan wants me to move to Japan & become her roommate lol

I woke up at 6:00 this morning rode a bus for half an hour.
My chemistry class is taught by a very very very old man. (Why hasn`t he retired yet ? ! ! )
I showed up for my calc class an hour early, lol, and the teacher seems good.
I`ll meet my biology teacher tomorrow, fu~n *sarcasm*
I looked for aichan EVERYWHERE, but couldn`t find her.
She had a physics class at noon.

My books are going to cost soo much orz
I don`t get paid until Thursday & that won`t be enough.
I need 2 books for chem, 2 for bio & 1 for calc |||orz
I`ll try to buy them used or online somewhere.

Japan 2008

This is my Nagoya, Japan Trip Report.

BEWARED: IMAGE HEAVY & LOOOOOOOOONG (no photos of me, because I`m not photogenic at all orz)

I was dropped off at the airport and went through the whole routine of checking in & going through security.
Security wasn`t as bad as I thought it would be. Rode the tram to D terminal.
I thought my boarding pass said Gate D 88, but it actually said Gate D 83 orz
Takeoff always reminds me of a roller coaster. Its a little scary, but you get used to it.
I had a lay-over in Detroit. I arrived so early that my flight wasn`t even listed yet !
I wait 4 hours, then got onto the airplane from Gate A 36.

There were mostly Filipinos on the flight who had a lay-over in Nagoya. They were a little noisy ;;;;
For 13 hours I did sudoku puzzles, slept and listened to music. (I forgot my NDS & camera charger orz)
The airplane food was good, but the in-flight movies were boring ;;;
I arrived at about 19:00. Nagoya looks beautiful at nighttime.
I felt a little nauseated when we were landing mou~

There were only three people, including myself, whose final destination was Nagoya.
Everyone else was going to the Philippines, I think ;;
Baggage claim was completely empty （＾－＾）
Eri chan & her boyfriend picked me up from the airport. I met Yuuki san for the first time.

Eri chan introduced us & we exchanged 「初めまして」, then I gave him & eri chan each a scarf I crocheted as a thank-you-for-picking-me-up gift. Yuuki san seems cool and polite. I`m thankful my cousin found a kind boyfriend v v v
As we were leaving I bumped into a flight attendant with my luggage & meeped 「スイマセン!!
」but the bitch just stuck her nose up in the air & walked away. =/

Yuuki drove for about an hour.
We dropped him off at his house then eri chan drove the rest of the way home.
When we arrived home I met with my aunt, grandmother & uncle v v v
We all exchanged 「お久し振りですね」 etc.etc.
Tomo san wasn`t home yet =/

I called home to reassure my parents that I had arrived safely.
I sat under a kotatsu & watched some TV.
Then, I unpacked my pajamas, took a bath & was told to go to bed at 22:00 haha ;;;

END DAY ONE (so boring ;;; )

I woke up at 7:00 and only my aunt was awake.
Eri chan woke up at 9:00 and the three of us sat at the kotatsu watching the news (apparently a taxi driver died =[ ) and had mikan, banana, ocha, tamago, gohan & miso soup for breakfast.
Eri chan informed my aunt & I that tomo san came home at 5am & was sleeping . . . haha? 8D ?

After breakfast the three of us walked to Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank to exchange my currency.
When we were leaving the bank, there was a drunken old guy outside the bank being questioned by the police（笑）
We walked by my old Junior High School & the Tokugawa Art Museum (both closed for New Years)
I realized that I forgot my camera so we went back for it.
Then, we missed the bus, so walked for 10 mins to AEON Mall.
We ate okonomiyaki for lunch, then took purikura.

I bought some notes, pencils, stationary etc at PRISM

Next we visited the SANRIO store. Soo cute & PINK !

We walked around and shopped.
I bought icchan a shirt from DOSCH.

Next, we rode the bus to the subway.
I was about to take a picture of my aunt picking her nose,
but she stopped before I could get my camera out of my bag ;;;

At the subway~
We put all of our shopping bags into a locker & got onto the train to OSU.

Its a looooong street full of shops.
Eri chan bought a pair of white boots & I bought erikachan a Jack Skellington hat from SKUNK.
We ate takoyaki (which I burnt my tongue on) & tapico v v v

So, we got off at Ozone, retrieved our shopping bags from locker no. 7 and stopped at the station`s pharmacy to buy toothpaste etc.

At the counter we all drew lots & won tissues lol ;;;
We walked toward home & stopped at the grocery store to buy ingredients for dinner.
N A B E M O N O ~ ~

When we got home, tomo san was sitting at the kotatsu.
I`m carrying all these bags & its just him & I in the room staring at each other.
So, I broke the silent with　「お久しぶりです」 and continued talking while unpacking groceries etc.
And when I look up at him, HE CROSSES HIS ARMS AND STARTS CORRECTING MY JAPANESE IN A MOCKING TONE.
MOU ! I would of hit him but the jerk is in the judou club . . . so I`d probably get my ass kicked ＞＞

Eri chan & my aunt come in and I leave to go upstairs to pack my stationary crap.
When I came back down, tomo san already left for his part-time job. Whatever.

We had nabemono for dinner & watched some comedians v v v
I fell asleep under the kotatsu LOL I must be an ONI then hahah
I woke up at 23:00 and went to go take a bath and went to bed ZzZzz
END DAY TWO

I woke up earler than everyone else again um ;;;
